Arelys' innovative plan to sell my townhouse made this process very smooth. We met on a Monday, listed the property a couple days later. Arekys organized an Open house and marketed it very well. At the end of the evening after Open House we had an offer. The day we received an additional offers. There was a bump in the road when the first buyer's financing was not successful. Arelys expertise allow her to put my mind at ease and continue the process. The selling process was less stressful with Arelys' assistance. I am very happy for the sale. Arelys I'd an asset to Century 21.
